Cancellation Policy

<p>We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures clarity and transparency for all services:</p>

<h3>1. Visa Services</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Visa service fees are non-refundable once application is submitted.</li>
  <li>If the client cancels before submission, partial refund may be provided after deducting processing charges.</li>
</ul>

<h3>2. Flight Bookings</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Flight cancellations are subject to airline policies.</li>
  <li>MyZone will deduct a service charge in addition to the airline's cancellation fee.</li>
</ul>

<h3>3. Hotel Bookings</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Hotel cancellation depends on the property’s cancellation window.</li>
  <li>Refund, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of hotel and service charges.</li>
</ul>

<h3>4. Tour Packages</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Advance amount for tours is generally non-refundable.</li>
  <li>Any cancellations should be notified at least 15 days prior for partial consideration.</li>
</ul>

<h3>5. Important Notes</h3>

  <li>Refund processing may take 7–21 working days.</li>
