Payment Policy
• 50% of the total package cost to be paid at the time of booking
• Remaining 50% to be paid at least 7 days before travel date
• For bookings made within 7 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of booking
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or cash deposit
• Confirmation of services is subject to receipt of full payment within the stipulated time
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation 15 days or more before travel date – 20% of package cost will be charged
• Cancellation between 7 to 14 days before travel date – 50% of package cost will be charged
• Cancellation within 6 days of travel date – 100% of package cost will be charged
• No refund for no-show or unused services during the trip
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation request
• In case of force majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, etc.), standard cancellation rules will apply unless specified otherwise
